SADDLE BROOK DISTRICT REGISTRATION

Registration is a two-step process.  Note:  to be eligible for Kindergarten in Saddle Brook, children must be 5 years of age by October 1, 2010.

                                                                                                           

Step 1- Contact Mrs. Marvin at Central Registration at 201-843-2133 x304 to obtain a set of forms and make an appointment.   Forms can also be downloaded here.  At your appointment, return the completed forms, 4 proofs of residence and your child’s original birth certificate with the raised seal or Passport.

 

Homeowners must provide at least one of the items in bold plus 3 additional proofs.

Tenants must provide item in bold plus 3 additional proofs.

Step 2 -   Make an appointment at the appropriate school below and bring your  “District Certification of Student Eligibility” (the white form given to you when you prove your residency), your child’s original birth certificate and immunization records.
