KINDERGARTEN ENRICHMENT PROGRAM is being considered.

Program will run from 8:45-12:15 PM at the Community School, for children attending PM Kindergarten.  After lunch (provided by parent) children will be bused to their resepctive schools.

Childen in the morning Kindergarten programs will be bused at 11:25 to the Community School for lunch and afternoon activities.

The Before and After Care programs will also be available for Kindergarten students at the prevailing rates.

 

BEFORE & AFTER CARE PROGRAMS 

The Before and After School Programs will begin on the first day of school, September 7, 2010 (single session). Please send your child with lunch on Sept. 7 & 8th.  Program will begin at 1:00 pm.  After care program for the first two days will begin a 1:00.  Please provide lunch for your child those two days.

Our Before and After Care program is now open to Kindergarten students.  Before Care for Kindergarten students currently attending AM program and After care for children curently in the PM program. 

The Before Care program is scheduled to be held at Long Memorial, Helen I. Smith and Franklin Schools again this year.

The Before Care Program is held from 7:15 AM until 8:40 AM, when teacher supervision begins.  Activities will be provided, however, no food will be served. Children may bring a breakfast snack. 
If school is closed due to weather, there will be no Before Care Program.
 
The After School Child Care Program is available in Long Memorial, Helen I. Smith and Franklin Schools to children in Grades K through 6.  It runs from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM.   On 1:00 PM dismissal days, the program begins at 1:00 PM. 

Our well-staffed program consists of an unwinding and playtime for the children, followed by homework time.  Healthy snacks are provided for the children.   If school is dismissed early due to weather, there will be no After Care Program.  All children must be picked up at their respective schools.

All tuition payments are due on the 21st of the previous month.(September tuition is due August 21st.)  If tuition is not received by the 30th of the previous month, your child will not be permitted to attend programs the next month.

Note:  Children registred in both before and after care programs will get a discount on the before care rates only.  Additional sibling discount available for more than 2 children.
